Client Portal Issues

Please read the following carefully, and if you are still have issues not covered here please contact us.

This is the client login page. You will have been set up with a login for us to send you sensitive information and documents.

 

Registration Problems

When registering your account for the first time please ensure you follow all the steps.

We will send you an email with a link to set up your account. You will need to click on this link to register your account and access documents.

Step One: Enter your password and confirm

Step Two: Enter your details including title, first and last name, check the terms and condition and privacy policy.

Forgotton Password

What to do if you have forgotten your password.

Firstly on the client portal login screen you will find a Forgotten Password or having problems link and click it. It will direct you to enter your new password. Please follow the links sent to your email.

 

Remember me

If multiple people are using the same computer to login into your client portal and you have "remember me" ticked please ensure you are login on to the right account.

If you have accidently signed into the wrong account you can check by clicking on to the name at the top of the screen. If the account is not yours simply click the logout button to exit this account.

You can simply enter your own email address and sign in again with your account.

Saving a document (Printing a document)

To save a document please use the following directions

You are able to download and save any document sent to you through VC client portal. Read the document that you wish to save and click on the download button located here.

You will then be able to open it in any PDF document readers and print it out for your own records.
